Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before joining our professional casino dealer course.
How long is the professional casino dealer course?
The core programme runs for approximately three months of intensive practical training, with schedules adapted for full-time and part-time students. Bespoke corporate programmes can be shorter or longer depending on the games and house rules required.
Do I need previous casino experience?
No. Most of our students start with no gaming background. We teach chip handling, card mechanics, payouts, game protection and guest service from the ground up.
What level of English do I need?
Conversational English is strongly recommended because international employers operate in English. We integrate gaming terminology and table communication into every module to raise your working fluency.
Which games will I learn?
Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker variants, Sic Bo and Dragon Tiger, plus chip handling, shuffling, payouts, table etiquette and game protection.
Is casino dealer training legal in Thailand?
Yes. Training is a vocational education service and no real-money gambling takes place on our premises. Read our full guide on the legal framework.
Do you help graduates find work?
Yes. We work with international partners including MSC Cruises, ARRISE and Religa Gaming, and prepare students for auditions, interviews and relocation abroad.
Where is the academy located?
108, 130 Soi Chaengwattana-Parkkred 20, Tambon Pak Kret, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi 11120, in Greater Bangkok.
