Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before joining our professional casino dealer course.
- How long is the professional casino dealer course?
- The core programme runs for approximately three months of intensive practical training, with schedules adapted for full-time and part-time students. Bespoke corporate programmes can be shorter or longer depending on the games and house rules required.
- Do I need previous casino experience?
- No. Most of our students start with no gaming background. We teach chip handling, card mechanics, payouts, game protection and guest service from the ground up.
- What level of English do I need?
- Conversational English is strongly recommended because international employers operate in English. We integrate gaming terminology and table communication into every module to raise your working fluency.
- Which games will I learn?
- Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker variants, Sic Bo and Dragon Tiger, plus chip handling, shuffling, payouts, table etiquette and game protection.
- Is casino dealer training legal in Thailand?
- Yes. Training is a vocational education service and no real-money gambling takes place on our premises. Read our full guide on the legal framework.
